There is no set training system as everyone's body type, and goals are different. There are great programs out there, but they do not work for everybody. I customize workouts to fit your specific sport of choice or to work toward your personal goals.

Individual Fitness Plan
Personalized training sessions for beginners to advanced level.
This is also good for couples or friends to workout together.
Between 3 to 8 people at similar fitness levels.
You will be moving the entire session.
Will travel to your home or fitness facility.
You will receive a quality workout,
and I will bring the necessary equipment as needed.

I am a trainer and strength coach and my passion is to help others. I have been involved in sports my entire life. I am a two-time World Champion Powerlifter. My knowledge of fitness training goes beyond just sports. In 2003 I suffered a stroke that almost ended my life. The Lord had other plans for me. The stroke affected my left side and had I not been in good shape, the aftermath could have been much worse. After nine days in the hospital, and two visits from a rehab specialist, I was told they could do nothing further to help me get back to full capacity. I decided I would set-up my own program and so, my rehabilitation began and consisted of God given innovation. I was able to regain my ability to speak, move my left side and return to work within two months of having a stroke. I even participated and won the NASA Arizona State Powerlifting Championship in 2005!
As a trainer, I do not expect you to quit all your bad habits before you come in and start training. I want you to get your body moving. As you get more mobile, you will start to get in-tune with your body and how it is going to react to a workout.
